1987 AMC Eagle Limited (+ '82 parts car for sale in Dover, Arkansas

1987 AMC Eagle Limited wagon 4x4 --> (a.k.a. Jeep car).
I6 4.2, auto, 2.35 gears, w/109,039 mi., Dark blue metallic.
Woodgrain delete. Aftermarket exhaust.
Limited Edition: leather, pw, pdl, cc, ps, tilt, pm, am/fm/cassette, etc. -Loaded for an '87 model.
Only 4 (varies by source) '87 wagon models produced.
This has 2wheeldrive & 4wheeldrive capability with shift-on-the-fly.
It has a NP129 tc and they used a viscous coupling differential unit in this case, which allows some slippage between the front and rear output shafts and allows use of 4 wheel drive in any & all road conditions.
The bad:
-valve cover gasket is leaking (this is a common issue with all Eagles).
-driver side seat is ripped on the side where the carpet meets the leather.
-some of the locks & windows are weak (might just need a shot of grease)
-ac doesn't work. Not sure if it just needs a charge or what. Never messed with it since it wasn't a necessity for me.
*None of these are biggies, if you know Eagles then you know this.
Hate to get rid of it but I have too many cars & projects and not enough time for them all and I really haven't had much time to drive it lately. So thinning out the fleet & projects a bit.
An original TN car, bought from the 2nd owner and I do have the build sheet & original owners manual.
At one point it was towed behind an RV and has the wiring for the lights and an easy-to-drop button for the driveshaft... neither have been tested since I never did tow it.

Last time I messed with the parts car it did run. It's rough, it's ugly. It has been sitting at my parents house in the backyard for years now untouched. It probably does have some rust. Nothing has been stripped off of it by me, as it sits is how I got it... pretty much all there.
I will sell them separately but only if the '87 sells first. Same price for just the '87 -> $3,500 cash/firm. This is quite a bit under nada value for just the '87.
If you're just interested in the parts car, send me an email with your offer and I'll keep your offer and email you when the '87 sells (if it sells by itself and the buyer doesn't want the parts car).

$3,500 cash/firm Arkansas does not have vehicle inspections.
The lucky buyer will be responsible for any inspections their state may have.
Both have clear Arkansas titles in my name.

Must be picked up locally. Buyer is responsible for any shipping.
Will need a battery when picked up. And possibly new tires as soon as possible.
Would probably be best to be trailered out, since it hasn't been driven outside of the property here lately I can't say if it would make it to your destination or not. Use to drive it all around but not here lately due to lack of time. So use your best judgement here, no guarantee's.
This is a 26 year old car, it is not a new car.

If you are only looking for cheap transportation you may do better to stick to the mainstream. These cars are great but most owners that I know like to modify there cars, work on them, etc
